The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) has adopted a Code of Corporate Governance Practices (the “CGP Code”), which is based on the guidelines set out by the Qatar Financial Market Authority (QFMA) on the Rules Governing all the Listed companies on the Qatar Exchange. Maintaining high standards of corporate governance practices is not just about complying with the letters of the provisions of the CGP codes but also the intent of the regulations to enhance corporate performance, accountability and transparency.
